120 cases with positive ELISA and AIDS clinical manifestatins were studied. Of these patients, 6 had no skin manifestations, 32 were children and 88 adults. The most frequent skin diseases among children were candidiasis and dermatitis, whereas in adults the commonest diseases were the sexually transmitted diseases. Weight loss, polyadenopathies, anemia and diarrheas were observed in more than 50% of the patients
