A set of delayed tests (staphilococcus, streptococcus, tetanus toxoid, Proteus mirabilis, candicidin and trichophytin) was used aimed at evaluating the cellular immunity in vivo in 87 apparently sound subjects over 60. The answer degree was determined by adding up the means of the diameters of the indurations, which was denominated as total mean score (TMS). It was 14 mm for men and 12 mm for women. The results were compared by sex and age groups
