56 adolescent mothers from "Lawton" Teaching Polyclinic that received systematic and programmed health education every fifteen days during pregnancy from January, 1996, to January, 1998, were studied. We were able to prove that the number of cases with exclusive breast feeding (EBF) was higher in comparison with the previous 2 years, when they only received the health education imparted by the family physicians and pediatricians of the basic working groups
