Abstract

MARQUEZ MORALES, Nidia. Grado de satisfacción con el ingreso en el hogar. Rev Cubana Med Gen Integr [online]. 2002, vol.18, n.5, pp.310-312. ISSN 0864-2125.

A descriptive research was made in the Basic Working Group No. 2, from the "26 de Julio" Teaching Polyclinic, to evaluate the satisfaction of patients, relatives and health personnel in relation to home admission between January and March, 2001. The group was composed of 79 patients and/or relatives and 34 physicians in charge of this type of medical attention. Of all the patients and/or relatives that were surveyed, 66 (83.54 %) felt satisfied with this health service, whereas 13 (16.46 %) were not satisfied. Of the doctors that took part in the survey, 22 (64.7 %) said they liked the work they did and 30 (88.2 %) considered it very useful. 32 physicians (94,1 %) think that the patients and /or relatives receiving home care accept it because of its advantages.
