One of the objectives of the National Program of Drugs of the Ministry of Public Health is the proper use of drugs. However, for attaining this, the conscious and active involvement of different links such as the manufacturer, the physician, the seller and finally the consumer, who determines the ultimate use of the drug, is required. This strategy is a way for achieving this goal on the basis of the community participation and inter-sector involvement.
