A literature review was made on general rehabilitation techniques and particularly on patients suffering from vascular diseases. Our main intereset was aimed at physicians working at primary health care so that they can expand their knowledge on this topic and contribute to give solutions to the problems of vascular disabled patients. This paper makes known the activities and orientations for the family physicians and the rehabilitative methodology for each group of patients.
