She  attempted suicide once. She began to work, but she had another relapse with deterioration of her person and quality of life, and she has not been able to recover. The child is most of the time with neighbors and friends and in children's institutions. He is very restless, presents stammering and day enuresis, he does not obey orders and he shows  retardation in some intellectual processes, he has little general information and he has no muscular control. In general, he needs affection and social approval.
