The didactic proposal presented deal with the health promotion in arterial hypertension in hypertensive patients from Computing Sciences University, using the learning virtual environments. Aim of present proposal is concentrated in modification of the traditional physician-patient relation in the preventive-promotional sense using the learning virtual environment, without replacement the health professional role. The attention of this proposal is directed to modify, as far as the lifestyle of patient, the treatment and the independence, which contributing to an integral care of this disease using the technology as educational process. Also, allows a successful social insertion in its environment and provides abilities aimed to solution of problem related to arterial hypertension. The support of this propose fall on the cultural historical approach promoting a developing learning.
