Authors analyze by the light of the different theoretical references the influence of education in the development of theoretical values own of Cuban socialist society in workers of primary health care. Author offer arguments and reflections on the education subject in values expressed in daily behavior in work, community and social environment. Analyses showed support the integration need of the technologic development, essential for the progress of Sciences and therefore for the advance of services offering to population, the scientific-technical training of human resources and its moral values.
