Abstract

RIVERO REYES, Eduardo. On the need of a humanistic clinical rapprochement in the current medical teaching. Rev Cubana Med Gen Integr [online]. 2011, vol.27, n.4, pp.518-527. ISSN 0864-2125.

An analysis is made regarding the need of not to give up the precepts of our dialectic-humanistic and revolutionary medical practice in face of the attacks of Anglo-Saxon pragmatism and super-technical nature, which may to go to the detriment of the same professional medical training. Authors alert regarding the unavoidable need of the physical examination and the physician/patient relation as an appropriate and ethical way of practicing the integral medicine by our young professionals, without to forget the new technologies and scientific advances of nowadays.

Keywords : Humanism; super-technical origin; specialisism.
