Abstract

The main characteristics of the changes that were introduced during the development of upgrading, including the transformations of the authors’ conceptions in their acting in social practice, are approached in this paper. Due to its lenght, it has been necessary to publish it in 2 parts. Although the impact of these conceptions on the enviroment of the teaching personnel has not been measured yet, it may serve as a starting point for a theoretical reflection before any similar attempt.
