A broad review of criteria about world automation of medical records aided by Internet and advanced search systems such as Computer Select, Medline and others was performed. The essence of the computerized records of patients, the practical importance of this method and the five levels of application described in the world literature are explained according to the feasible way of computing the collection o patients’ data. The causes of the non-application of this concept in the USA are briefly analyzed, and also, the possibilitites of our nation in this field are offered
