Medical pratice excelence is determinated for clinical competence and performance, the quality of clinical enviroment and also for ethical and humanistic aproach to the patient phicisians relationship in this sense, phicisians must master. The element inherents human comunication as medical interview and social interaction in order to improved the cuality of health services and medical care. It´s analysis is, the main purpose of the present paper.
