It is shown how the permanent education plan should be based on the diagnosis of the learning needs, analyzed according to the results of the state exam of General Comprehensive Medicine, and casuistically adjusted by every polyclinic and municipality. The permanent education of health professionals increases its value under the present conditions of the accelerated development of science and technique. Education needs to fulfill its feedback function for examinees and professors and the analysis of the results of the evaluation makes possible the attainment of this goal. This paper presents the analysis of the results of the evaluation of some contents that were evaluated in the state exam of the General Comprehensive Medicine residency at "Dr. Miguel Enriquez" Medical Faculty.
