Integrated teaching, a pathway for solving the education problems caused by higher scientific knowledge, may be set through syllabi based on interdisciplinary synthesis and on knowledge generalization. Among the several areas of integration of Medical Sciences, one may find the morphological sciences that study the macroscopic, microscopic and developmental aspects of the body structures in a general and integrated way. The integrated teaching of morphological sciences has been developed in Cuba in Dentistry and the specialty of Bachelor of Nursing for some time, so experience has been accumulated in this type of teaching that has many advantages, although some disadvantages for its implementation have been encountered.
