To contribute to the improvement of the particular didactics of the Human Anatomy discipline by the accurate knowledge of its participation in the training of the basic general physician, an analytical review of the ruling documents of the medical career was made and group techniques were applied to students and professors. . The analysis allowed to identify a series of cognitive problems that the medical student faces during his training process and whose solution requires anatomical knowledge. Starting from the assessments made, it was obtained a systematization of such problems in the teaching-learning process in the different organic systems in a way that they act as nuclei of motivation and influence with effectiveness on the attainment of the objectives of discipline, as well as of the general goals of the training program of the basic general physician
