Abstract

The philosophical, epistemological and methodological aspects that were taken into account in the curricular desing of the specialties of Basic Biomedical Sciences directed to the training of professors and researchers needed by the Cuban National Health System to gurantee the continuity of the training of all the professionals and the scientific development of Medical Sciences to respond to the social task. The elements of the curricular evaluation are described and it is evidenced the need to apply it to these designs to increase the quality of the planning and implementation processes, as well as their results, given by the level of competnece of the graduates.
