The evaluation of the quality of clinical reasoning is the most difficult stage to be evaluated in the diagnosis process, since it is impossible to reflect in the test all the clinical situations the general or specialized doctor may face. A systemic evaluation approach with a test format as similar as possible to a each clinical situation is exposed. The particularities of the variables on clinical situations should be erased to have only into account the essential invariants of clinical reasoning.
