OBJECTIVES: To propose the necessary adjustments in the career of Nursing Baccalaureate as regards the methodological structures established for the management of the formative process of professionals according to the levels of integration of the career. METHODS: We created a group of experts that were selected starting from the determination of competence and argumentation coefficients by self-assessment. A theoretical proposal of the organization of the methodological advisory structures at the levels of central, municipal and university headquarters was made. It had as a reference a preliminary version developed by expert's criterion. These experts had an initial phase of individual training, followed by a session of collective work. Once the theoretical proposal was put forward, individual consultations were made for the final adjustment of the model, and a satisfactory answer was received from of all the experts participating in study. RESULTS: under the real conditions in which the present nursing training takes place, the application of the current curriculum requires the functioning of the groups in charge of each year at the level of university, municipal and central headquarters. The interdisciplinary groups in charge of discipline, subjects and careers, should work at the municipal and central levels. CONCLUSIONS: Experts recommended to apply this result to evaluate its feasibility and to conduct a similar study to make a proposal of the basic tasks to be performed at each level of the methodological work focussed on a system allowing the development of all the corresponding tasks.
