Present paper is from experience with 5 students of Medicine career of "Dr. Miguel Enriquez" Medical Science faculty. Tools used in search carried out as a first step for educational strategy with high performance students are showed, to favor training of tutor professor in development of its function with talented students. Ideas and criteria were presented signaling the way to develop the work con this kind of student in municipalization conditions in university process of health higher education.
