In present paper is approached the problem of performance and overcoming of professors of Health Information Management Profile directed to practicing professors presenting some considerations related to professional overcoming. Thus, we applied the empirical method of the observation and we made bibliographic reviews allowing us to structure in a empirical way the matter on the following issues: management and development of human resources, the professional overcoming, the present status of overcoming, and the professional performance of professors of Health Information Management Profile. The analysis of all theoretical and empirical inquiries allows determination of present difficulties of overcoming, and the professional performance of above professors, which limit the transformations performed, thus it is necessary to make new specific methodological proposals allowing its task according to the new design of the career and the profile.
