Abstract

The aim of present paper is to identify the major factors involved in training process of University health professionals, considering thus the essential actors of this process, and to analyze some very significant features, which combined allow the achievement of a health professional in keeping with the historical period, and the scientific reality of present world. Factors involved in training process of health professionals are complex, and each needs a maximum of institutional attention, of educational centers, and health units, of its managers and professors, as well as the permanent dedication of student to study, to create graduates having a political-ideological, technical, scientific and humanistic high level, needed for the health system providing an excellence service to community, and to contribute to raise every day its health and wellbeing level.
