In present paper the authors approach the analysis of the situation of value training process in medical sciences students and professor's influence, as well as of remainder of health staff. From the relationship between to be social and the social awareness we specify the concepts of principles, values and convictions; the significance of education in the values training, the value dimensions and its close relationship with the Bioethics principles in the health field. The main values of the health professional are identified, as well as the need to develop in students the ability to link together in a dialectical way such values as the maximal aspiration of our medical university. The major problems confronted by medical higher education institutions for the development of their Educational Work Plans including the need of a great psychoeducational training of professors, the lack of understanding of participatory character of the educational task and the poor projection of educational work from the curriculum among the most important ones. Likewise we analyze the negative effect of manifestations of lack or loss of values among the health staff on the educational task of students in relation to which they work as a hidden curriculum. The need of to articulate a system including actions aimed to confront this problem with the participation of all the factors in health institutions.
