Abstract

Objective: to describe the working process for the implementation of the health management course in the virtual learning environment. Methods: General theoretical methods and qualitative techniques. Results: printed materials were then adapted to hypertextual materials, respecting the division of subjects as independent parts but interrelated. There were created educational resources that facilitate learning, as well as several spaces where all the supplementary materials may be placed for the collaborative work. The register of participants in the virtual course helped to follow up the participation of the students. Conclusions: The organization of this course for virtual learning environment was characterized by individual and group activities, the leading role of the student, the selection and use of materials, and the control and evaluation of learning.
