The implementation of a methodology to strengthen the Process of Teaching and Learning of Chemistry in the different health technology careers was based on making good diagnosis with psycho-pedagogical approach that allowed taking actions in pursuit of the effective development of this proposal. Theoretical and empirical methods as well as logical procedures were used to draw up the methodology. The assessment of the results showed that the variants stated can be used with range of flexibility by the professors of the area of the knowledge, thus revealing high grade of acceptance of this methodology. The proposal was phase-structured with methodological recommendations and actions to be implemented in each one. The developed activities were oriented to customize the attention paid to each student, to set up bonds among various disciplines and they served as model on account of their flexible, guiding and scientific nature, and promoted creativeness.
