Historical profile report as a chronicle that describes how the presence in Cuba of professional health personnel who worked as internationalist collaborators at a time when what we call the "medical exodus", that is, emigration, began and reached an important role. induced by the enemies of the Revolution creating problems in the coverage and quality of health services.
