A study of the different surgical procedures with the RALCA osteal minifixation system was conducted in 74 patients carriers of some congenital malformation that were operated on at “Frank País” International Scientific Orthopedic Complex from 1990 to 1999. The results obtained with such a procedure in the difficult treatment of these entities are shown.
