A study was conducted among 22 patients with diagnosis of patellar hypertension syndrome that were surgically treated at “Frank País” International Scientific Orthopedic Complex. 81.8 % of the sample were females. It was observed that it affected mainly patients before the third decade of life. Several techniques are explained and their results are evaluated.
