PENA MARRERO, Liván et al. Polybrachisyndactyly in patients from three generations of a family. Rev Cubana Ortop Traumatol [online]. 2004, vol.18, n.2. ISSN 0864-215X.

Four patients of the same family affected with polybrachisyndactyly of hereditary nature are presented in this paper. The disorder has been present in 5 generations of this family. The disease bilaterally manifests in both hands and feet in all the patients; two of them were operated on. After the treatment, an acceptable esthetic outcome and good functioning of the hands were observed.
