DELGADO RIFA, Eraclio; QUESADA MUSA, Juan Vicente y HERNANDEZ ROJAS, Yulay. Congenital dislocation of the bilateral radial head in a painful shoulder. Rev Cubana Ortop Traumatol [online]. 2025, vol.39 Epub 15-Abr-2025. ISSN 1561-3100.
Congenital dislocation of the radial head occurs in isolation or in association with other congenital abnormalities. Precise radiological criteria and its familial nature distinguish it from traumatic dislocation. It is considered the most frequent congenital pathology of the elbow in children. The aim of this article was to report a case of a 21-year-old patient with congenital dislocation of the elbow, posterior and bilateral, asymptomatic and with good joint function, without other associated congenital abnormalities or family history. The patient was managed conservatively with a benign evolution.
Palabras clave : congenital dislocation; radial head; elbow.
