To determine the effectiveness of cryotherapy to treat eyelids cancer, a descriptive retrospective analysis was made in 10 patients with clinical diagnosis of non-pigmented eyelids carcinoma with a maximun size of 5 mm. 60 % of the patients were between 31 and 60 years old, whereas 80 % were females. The upper eyelid was affected in 80 % and 90 % of the lesions were clinically diagnosed as basal cell carcinoma and responded to treatment. Cryotherapy is an effective and curative treatment in small eyelids tumors.
