The present document has an exploratory and descriptive character regarding the most significant aspects of the financial management of programs and projects of Science and Technological Innovation, making emphasis on the health sector. In general, the observations made follow the stages of the process since its beginning until its completion. Important aspects such as the formation of prices, the contract of technical and scientific activities, the registry of the expenses made by the executors and the final payment by stages and of the project are included among others.
