It underlined the role of social management in the construction of social relationship spaces and institutional linkings focused on the society, the regions and the communities. The social management in each setting should be oriented to solving problems faced in every setting through the use of techniques and resources suitable to each situation, with a comprehensive and unified approach that addresses all the aspects to be changed. Adolescence is the perfect stage of life to promote changes and introduce values that assure adequate health condition and social behaviour in the adulthood, so in this regard, a properly oriented social management may contribute to achieving highly relevant positive changes .
