PINILLOS-PATINO, Yisel. Critical Analysis of Linearity Around Public Health Care Programs. Rev Cub Sal Públ [online]. 2025, vol.51 Epub 25-Sep-2025. ISSN 1561-3127.
Inequities affect the living conditions of people without distinction of race or age, are manifested by the inverse relationship of gross national income with mortality and with a low level of education, which means the exacerbated burden posed by the risk of suffering from certain non-communicable diseases in a Region. A disciplinary stance has prevailed in the design and development of actions aimed at promoting a physically active life and healthy eating, but little or nothing facilitates the recognition of individual, regional and cultural group differences, much less the capacities of collectives to manage and make decisions related to their well-being. Introducing technologies with education around the promotion of salutogenic habits has favorable results for both health and adherence to programs. For this reason, a reflection based on health education from the family and school context is proposed, through actions to promote popular knowledge, facilitate learning and promote personal and community care, without neglecting the enjoyment of life in all its stages, demystifying physical activity and adequate nutrition.
