Index of Neurosciences Papers Published in Cuba. Preliminary Report Some elements related to the history of Neurosciences in Cuba and to its institutionalization since the triumph of the Revolution as an expression of its evolution and true development are offered. The importance of the bibliographic compilations as points of reference to know the scientific production of researchers and its particular significance in the Neurology and Neurosurgery fields is explained. The current state of a research that is carried out with the aim of grouping in a printed volume and in a bibliographic database all the literature about Neurosciences published by Cuban specialists since the first half of the XIX century till our days is given.
