Abstract

Aimed at creating a conceptual base useful to understand information management, knowledge, intelligence and organizational learning, from a sociopsychological perspective, a review of the literature available on these topics are made. With a social and organizational orientation, the concepts of information, knowledge, communication, intelligence and learning are defined as well their main clasification and relations. The created base is an excellent tool to understand the basic elements of the theorical frame of knowledge management and arranged learning and also to change the designs toward a social-psichological management sometimes neglected literature.
