Some considerations are made on the concept of information and on certain ethic matters regarding its processing, access, use and transmission by means of the new information and communication technologies. The chances and risks of its use are also considered. The informatic spying is dealt with as one of the most common crimes in the network. Some aspects regarding the access from Cuba to world informatic networks by codes and rules established by Cubasí, CENIAI and Infomed portals are also approached.
