Certain basic elements are touched related with the technology as an sphere of the social activity: its components, classifications, dimensions thus the concept of "appropiated Technology" and its characteristics. Medical technologies approached from a clinic - management view also ethic, as soon as, the pedagogical and professional treatment received in Cuba by "health technologists".
