The facilities and services provided by Acimed to their contributors and readers in general are approached aimed at reducing the time they should spent and the effort they should make to publish their papers in this magazine, especially, the bibliographic assistance and the virtual reference service in library science and in information sciences, recently created and directed by pregraduate and postgraduate students in the information sciences area.
