A group of proposals made by different authors to evaluate the available digital resources on the Internet is analyzed aimed at developing new schemes for the evaluation of the websites of public and medical libraries. The parameters and indicators included in each of the 4 proposals selected among those existing in the reviewed literature are expose, in order to create new models for the evaluation of this type of sites. Finally, based on the importance, adequacy and level of coincidence among the criteria exposed by each author, a series of parameters and indicators considered valid for the evaluation of the referred sites are proposed
