Abstract

RODRIGUEZ PINA, Ramón Antonio. A proposal of cultural models oriented towards change management . ACIMED [online]. 2007, vol.15, n.4. ISSN 1024-9435.

The basis of the systemic thinking is exposed, as viewed from the concepts of organization and of certain ideas for the interpretation of organizational behaviour. A model of organizational culture is suggested, to enrich the original prevailing proposal of cultural and organizational efficiency. Crisis, culture and change are interrelated, from an executive point of view, to a new perspective of management analysis.
