Considering organizational culture as a means for the understanding of the dynamics of  entities is a factor that acquires an increasing importance. The educational organizations and the specificity of their activities, the human growth and the strengthening of culture in its most extensive meaning do not escape this tendency.  Assuming that the essential task of those superior education centres is exactly this type of development, we imply that the educational space and the specific way to organize it are included in the study of their culture.  The proposed methodology for the characterization of the culture of the educational organizations incorporates the qualities of the organizational culture: the coherence of its contents and of these with the project of educational organization, together with the analysis of the cohesion of its members on the mentioned project through the processes of participation and communication.  A coherent and cohesion-generative organizational culture allows an accomplishment that is not the profit value of the employed resources but the formation of apprentices.
