When the only sure things are insecurity, chaos and the struggle for survival, the organizations require more and more heroes to guide them in the midst of a hostile, complex, and dynamic world; however, there are no heroes without of values. A study is made on the relation values-attitudes-behavior-results as a base to understand management by values, a complement of the management by objectives in times of renewed business needs, where high levels of performance, creativity and commitment between leaders and employees become indispensable.  The management by values is defined as management centered on the person.  An analysis is made of security, health and quality of work life as an essential component in the search for the wellbeing and happiness of the employees.  Finally, some considerations are made on the convenience of the introduction of management by values in organizations that require the intense exploitation of the talent of their members as it happens with the enterprises of the technological sector
