The evolution of technological, cultural and scientific education´s settings demands new products, services and projects from the university libraries. However, little variations can be really perceived in the evolution of those libraries that fight to "obey" the good written theory within a changing and acute reality. The value of the three I´s: initiative, inventiveness and intelligence, is the goal and the working project of many libraries, therefore to share that know how is useful and necessary.
