Abstract

RIVERO AMADOR, Soleidy  and  DIAZ PEREZ, Maidelyn. Interdicisplinarity in institucional process organization. ACIMED [online]. 2008, vol.18, n.6. ISSN 1024-9435.

he modern organization faces more complex and frequent changes, which demand a great efficiency, the improvement of the processes and a constant evolution of the management principles towards the management of the intangibles capable of generating sustainable competitive advantages in time. The strategic management of information and knowledge structuring appear then as tools disseminating other processes and sytems fundamental for the organization. In this context, the knowledge organization in the enterprise reaches an eminent complexity due to the influence of the organizational structures, the pecularities of the intangibles and the human factor in the whole process. Some contemporary approaches connected with interdisciplinarity in the knowledge organization in an institution and the role of the human factor as the protagonist in the process are analyzed. The presence of the person as the carrier of the knowledge resource and of competences related to his "modes of acting" is evidenced.

Keywords : Information management; knowledge management; organizations; interdisciplinarity.
