The article presents an approach to "cyberjournalism" from the perspectives and contributions of documentary, information and knowledge management. This is a preliminary approach -a proposal- to these organizational management related to these knowledge areas, in order to integrate them in the understanding of digital media as complex information and communication systems. Moreover, the article analyzes the implications of documentary, information and knowledge subsystems in digital media, and the need to articulate them for the continuous reconfiguration of processes, roles and services related to "cyberjournalism", in an Internet scenario of developments in information and communication technologies.
