Abstract

This work is the result of reflections of the authors about the examination of the importance of organizational knowledge as intangible asset for the development of modern society. The main objective is to articulate and establish links between the approaches of some of the schools of thought that have declared their vision to knowledge in the workplace. It further states that perform like watching these streams, enhances the meaning and impact of knowledge to the significance to their role in the cognitive framework that is generated by the knowledge intervention.
