A case of a 60 years-old male with renal amyloidosis is presented. It is the most frequent cause of morbidity and mortality in the systematic amyloidosis. The clinical spectrum of nephropathy; localization and intensity of deposits in the renal parenchyma are stressed. Some characteristics and the current treatment of this entity are presented.
