With the aim of designing a medical improvement pogram for heads of Work Basic Groups (WBG) of new type this work was carried out. Once the heads of new type this work was carried out. Once the heads new type WBG were selected as to their performance and relevant achievements in their working period, a substitute for each of them was also chosen. Inmediately, all learning needs felt by the Family Physician selected heads of WBG. Were identified as well as those reported by their yeachers and higher authorities in primary health care. Hence the program here in given emerged.
