A new case of htperthrophic osteoarthropathy is studied associated with hepatic cirrhosis. The possibility of occurring an acropachy as early sign of alcoholic hepatopathy is suggested. Literature is reviewed, and some hypothesis invalued in the development of this interesting syndrome are presented.
